Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of meleehouse.com and to every purchase from Melee House. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure and for activity under your account.

Products and Descriptions

  • Melee House sells natural diamonds only. We do not knowingly sell lab-grown diamonds, treated stones, or simulants unless a listing clearly says otherwise.
  • Diamonds are sold by the piece or by the carat, as stated on each listing. Carat weights and sizes for parcels are within normal industry tolerances; individual stones in a melee parcel may vary slightly in size, color, and clarity within the stated range.
  • Photos and videos are representative. Salt and pepper and other single stones are shown as the actual stone; colors may look different on different screens.
  • Stones are sold without a grading certificate unless you add the optional certificate at checkout.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes, which the buyer pays.
  • Payment is due in full before an order ships. Wire transfer orders ship only after funds clear, and unpaid orders are canceled after 2 business days.
  • If an item is listed at the wrong price or with wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email is not our acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch (for example, if stock is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or the destination is restricted) and will refund any payment in full.

Shipping, Returns, and Risk

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Wholesale and Trade Buyers

Trade pricing and volume terms may be agreed separately in writing and will take priority over these terms where they conflict.

Intellectual Property

All site content (text, photos, videos, logos, and design) belongs to Melee House or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reuse, or sell it without our written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, including by using bots or scrapers, interfering with its security or operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Gujarat. We will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
