Can I buy a single stone?
Yes. On loose-stone products choose Per stone and enter any quantity from 1. Choose Per carat to buy by weight.
What is the difference between "Shop by carat" and "Shop by pieces"?
Shop by carat shows loose stones you can buy in any quantity, by carat or by stone. Shop by pieces shows ready packs of 10, 25, 50 or 100 stones of one size and grade.
How do I choose the right size?
Match the diameter in mm to your setting. Our size chart lists every size with its approximate weight per stone and stones per carat.
Do you sell natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Both. Every product is clearly labeled as natural or lab-grown, and the two are cut, stored and packed separately. Natural stones are screened before listing.
Can I get a certificate?
Yes. Tick "Add grading certificate" on the product page. It costs $20 per carat, with a $20 minimum for orders under 1 ct.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Can I return my order?
Unused stones in the original sealed parcel can be returned. Please read our return policy and contact us before sending anything back.
